ULTRA-THIN PROFILE

FLEXIBLE SURFACE SENSING

The flexible Polyimide (Kapton) film head conforms perfectly to curved surfaces. This ensures maximum contact area with the heat source (like a battery pouch), delivering faster and more accurate temperature readings than rigid sensors.

RAPID THERMAL RESPONSE

Due to its extremely low thermal mass and large contact area, this thin-film sensor offers a response time of ≤1 second. It detects rapid temperature changes instantly, which is vital for thermal runaway protection in BMS.
