Our QC Process Every sensor goes through a multi-stage inspection before it leaves our factory:

  1. IQC (Incoming Quality Control): We strictly screen all raw materials (chips, wires, epoxy) before they enter the warehouse.

  2. IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): Automated monitoring and manual spot-checks during production to catch issues early.

  3. 100% Resistance & B-Value Testing: Every single unit is tested electronically to ensure it meets the specified resistance tolerance (e.g., ±1%).

  4. Reliability Testing: We perform regular batch testing including:

  • High-Temp Aging: 1000 hours stability test.
  • Thermal Shock: Rapid cooling and heating cycles.

  • Waterproof Testing: Immersion tests for IP67/IP68 rated probes.
